How do you deal with the trauma you were not expecting. How do you express your feelings? How do you deal with the “new” life you are now facing? This class is a 2 week class that will help you journey through the unexpected. We will look at how Trauma affects us spiritually, emotionally and physically. Light snacks will be served.
